Li Zhuomin believed in Christianity and married Lu Zhiwen in 65438 (1 915 August 2007-1April 9981). They have two sons and a daughter named Li Zhonghua, Li Chunhua and Li Aihua. During his tenure as president of the Chinese University, Li Zhuomin and his wife lived in Dihanyuan, the president of the University, and were the first presidents to live in Hanyuan. Mrs. Li Zhuomin died in Berkeley, California on April 1998 at the age of 80.
Li Zhuomin's interests include tennis, calligraphy, bridge and learning dictionaries. He was a member of many gentlemen's clubs before his death, including American Club in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Country Club, Century Society in new york, USA and International Platform Association in Cleveland, Ohio.
