Pan Wenhai, male, born in 1962, is from Fuding City, Fujian Province. Graduated from the Chinese Department of Xiamen University in 1982, majoring in Chinese Language and Literature. He once worked in the Party Committee of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, China Chemical Industry Newspaper, China Chemical Industry Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Domestic Liaison Department. He is currently a member of the branch party group and deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, director of the Engraving Professional Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and a director of the Chinese Calligraphers Association.
