Flowing water wine?

Are you talking about the Qushui River? ...

"Qu Shui Shui Shang" is a custom derived from the Shangsi Festival. At that time, after people held the ritual of exorcism, everyone sat on both sides of the canal, placed wine cups in the upper stream, and let them flow down the river. Whoever the cup stopped in front of would drink and enjoy each other, so it was called "Qu Shui Shang" ". The wine cup is an ancient wine-holding vessel, that is, a wine cup. Usually made of wood, they are small and light, with a support at the bottom and can float in the water. There are also pottery cups with ears on both sides, also known as "feather cups" because they are heavier than wooden cups. When playing, they are placed on lotus leaves to make them float on the water. This kind of game has been around since ancient times. The ancient "Yi Shi" says: "The wine glass follows the waves." There is also a saying in the Han Dynasty that "the water is diverted and the drinking water is diverted, forming a meandering stream". Later it gradually became an important part of Shangji Festival.

Wang Xizhi’s Orchid Pavilion gathering also held a ceremony to repair the bad harvest, but the main activity was the "Water Slope Drinking" activity, which highlighted chanting poems and essays, drinking wine and admiring the scenery, which had a great influence on later generations. In Shaoxing, , the elegant custom of drinking wine and chanting poems like "Qu Shui Shui Shang" has been popular for thousands of years, but it has always been popular.

The activity of "Qu Shui Shang" was an activity of some literati in the later period. In fact, it is to dig a small river in the yard, and then ask the servant to float the wine glass on the river in the upper reaches of the river. When the wine glass floats to someone, that person will write a poem. If you can't do it, you have to drink.

On the third day of March in the ninth year of Yonghe (353), Wang Xizhi, a famous calligrapher in the Jin Dynasty and internal history of Kuaiji, together with 42 relatives and friends, including Xie An and Sun Chuo, held a ceremony in Lanting after doing the wedding ceremony. The activity of drinking wine and composing poems has become a legend throughout the ages. This Confucianism and elegance have been passed down to this day. At that time, Wang Xizhi and others sat on the ground on both sides of the clear stream in Orchid Pavilion after holding a ceremony to repair the evil spirits. They placed the wine glasses in the stream and slowly floated down from the upstream. After passing through the winding stream, the glasses were swirling in front of someone. Or stop, whoever has to compose an impromptu poem and drink wine. According to historical records, in this game, eleven people each wrote two poems, fifteen people each wrote one poem, and sixteen people failed to write a poem, and each was punished with three drinks of wine. Wang Xizhi collected everyone's poems, wrote a preface with silkworm cocoon paper and a whisker pen, and took advantage of his excitement to write the world-famous "Preface to the Lanting Anthology", which was praised by later generations as "the best running script in the world". He is revered as the "Sage of Calligraphy". The "Preface to the Lanting Collection" is also called "Tiè".
