1. Running script is a font developed on the basis of regular script, so its brushwork is basically the same as that of regular script, but it is more diverse in receiving, raising, turning and galloping. Starting: Starting from the front: When starting, the pen tip enters the paper along the stroke direction, and the pen is exposed, which is light and vivid; Starting against the wind: the direction of the pen tip entering the paper is opposite to the direction of the stroke to strengthen the pen force;
2, pen collection: go back to the front to collect the pen: a pen is written at the end, and the nib is recovered. "No drooping, no shrinking, no pen collection." Advantages are: echo before and after, implicit and solid; Empty collection: the pen tip is not exposed at the end, and the pen is not returned in the air. This kind of pen collection is widely used in running script;
3. Pen lifting: refers to the pen lifting in a stroke. After starting the pen, gently lift the pen, and the pen tip will not leave the paper surface, resulting in fine point painting; Dodge pen: Dodge pen is the antonym of lifting pen. Press the pen hard and let it unfold. When there is a heavy and powerful point, it is called Dunbi. Pen-lifting and pen-lifting are relative and interrelated, and each stroke has a certain meaning, which is fine, thick and vivid.
4. Pen pressing: refers to the downward movement of the pen in the vertical direction. Contrast: "lifting the pen" is light; "Press the pen" is slightly heavier; "Dunpen" is heavy; Put pen to paper: The pen suddenly stops changing direction during operation. Generally, at the corner, after stopping the pen, the pen is lifted slightly to make the nib rotate and leave the corner slightly, thus changing the direction;
5. Stroke and stroke are two interrelated actions. Use a pen with discretion, if it is too much, it will be out of line, and if it is less, it will be deducted; Pass the pen: when carrying the pen, the pen tip is straight, the momentum is like an arrow leaving the string, fast and powerful, smooth and natural; Turn the pen: write a round stroke with a pen, without edges and corners;
6. Folding pens: Compared with rotary pens, folding pens are most used in Fang Bi. For the horizontal painting running to the right, it falls to the upper left first, then folds down, then runs to the end right, and folds down to the left for recycling. Vertical painting and oblique painting, etc. Folding pens are also used for turning points.
