Lu Tong (-835 AD), a poet of the Tang Dynasty, named himself Yuchuanzi, was born in Fanyang (now Daxing, Beijing). Addicted to tea. Respected by later generations as the sage of tea in Central Asia, he wrote "Poetry on Seven Bowls of Tea" (full name: "Take a pen to thank Meng for admonishing and sending new tea"), which he improvised after tasting the new tea given by his friend Meng Jian, who advised the doctor. This work is a famous seven-character ancient poem about tea, which is called the eternal song of tea by the world. The poem reflects the scene of the feudal emperors driving tea farmers into the mountains to pick the finest Yangxian famous tea during the Spring Jingzhe Festival for their personal extravagant desires; on the other hand, it reflects the poet's infinite interest in closing the firewood door and tasting tea alone. There are many poems about tea by poets in the past dynasties, but Lu Tong's poem is the most famous one among the poems about tea, and Lu Tong is famous all over the world for this poem.

Part One:

The sun was five feet high and I was sleeping deeply. The generals knocked on the door to surprise Duke Zhou. The words of advice were given to send a letter, and the letter was sealed with three seals diagonally on white silk.

Opening the silence, Wan met with me for advice and read three hundred pieces of the moon in my hand. When I heard that I entered the mountains during the New Year, I was alarmed by the stinging insects and the spring breeze started to rise.

The emperor must taste Yangxian tea, and the herbs dare not bloom first. The wind of benevolence bears pearl buds secretly, and the golden buds emerge in the early spring.

Picked fresh, roasted, fragrant and wrapped in a twist, it is exquisite and not extravagant. The rest of the Supreme Being, together with the princes, would come to Shanren's house whenever there was a problem.

This part is about the letter and new tea sent by the general to Meng Jianyi. The letter mentioned: the latest Yangxian tea (Yangxian is Yixing, Jiangsu, and was called Yangxian County in ancient times. Yangxian The tea is Yangxian Purple Bamboo Shoot Tea. This tea was discovered and recommended by Lu Yu and has been officially listed as a tribute since Emperor Suzong of the Tang Dynasty). Every year, it is sent to the palace before the Qingming Festival in preparation for the "Qingming Banquet" in the palace ( "Yuetuan" refers to tea cakes. After the best, newest and tenderest tea leaves are made and sealed, they are immediately sent to the palace, and the rest is enjoyed by the princes and nobles. The author lamented: When will good and new tea arrive? What about the mountain people who grow tea?

The Chaimen is closed and there are no visitors. The green clouds are blowing by the wind, and the white flowers are floating on the bowl of noodles.

Second Part:

One bowl moistens the throat, two bowls break the solitary suffocation.

Three bowls search the dry intestines, but only five thousand volumes of text are found.

Light sweating, all the troubles in life, are dispersed into the pores.

Five bowls are light, and six bowls are clear.

I can't eat seven bowls, but I can feel the breeze in my armpits. Born, Penglai Mountain, where is it?

Tamagawa takes advantage of the breeze to go back.

This is the second part, the most exciting part of this poem. It is written. In order to understand the wonderful artistic conception of drinking new tea: the first bowl can moisturize the throat; the second bowl can break the loneliness; the third bowl can make the poet write five thousand volumes of words, and the mind can be quick; the fourth bowl can bring unjust things in life. They can all be thrown away, expressing the extraordinary and generous mind of the tea man... When he drank the seventh bowl, the wind was blowing in his arms, and he wanted to take advantage of the breeze to go back to Penglai Mountain, a fairyland on earth, for a cup of tea to moisten the poet. It removes troubles, sprays ink, and creates a beautiful scene of feathers and immortality. It describes the beauty of tea from "a bowl of tea kisses the throat" to "cannot eat seven bowls, but feels the breeze blowing in my armpits". , and is often extracted and chanted, and is individually named "Seven Bowls of Tea Song"
