Homesickness: (1). In the Ming Dynasty, most officials were eunuchs. Responsible for burning incense and other matters. See Official History of Ming Dynasty III. In the Qing Dynasty, Gu's poem "Gong Shou Tomb" said: "There are two eunuchs in each tomb, and they still call themselves homesick."
(2). Generally refers to the person responsible for burning incense. Gong Zizhen's Ji Hai Miscellaneous Poems in Qing Dynasty (262): "Chen Shuojia was a gentleman, and he was homesick for Yan Yi." Liu Yisheng's note: "Think of incense, burn incense."
