The antibacterial effect of Qinggan Liyan buccal tablets in vitro was observed by test tube method. The antibacterial activity of flavonoids from olive was tested by bacteriostatic circle method. The results showed that olive extract had strong antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella, Escherichia coli and Proteus.
By measuring the relationship between total acidity of milk and storage time, the inhibition degree of olive flavonoids on milk microorganisms was determined.
