The Development Prospect of the Eleventh Senior Middle School in Xiaoshan District

Xiaoshan No.11 Middle School-Pohe Literature Society:

First, I was born on the banks of the Lop River.

In 2004, No.11 Middle School moved into the new campus, and the Literature Society was formally established, named "Luopohe Literature Society". The name of the literary society comes from the Luopu River, a small river near the school. The Luopu River, named after He's mother, has a long history and profound cultural heritage. Half of the snail bridge in the river is still in the school campus, and the snail temple faces the campus across the river.

Pohe Literature Society is a school organization directly under the school office of Xiaoshan No.11 Middle School. Organized and managed by the school's Chinese teachers, the members cover many classes in three grades of the school. In recent years, Pohe Literature Society has successively held a series of large-scale campus activities, which have achieved good effects both inside and outside the school. Dance Shadow, the school magazine edited by the Association, has won the first prize in the evaluation of primary and secondary school literary periodicals in Xiaoshan District twice in a row, which has a strong appeal. This trip to Haining is another large-scale gathering activity planned by Luopohe Literature Society, aiming at enhancing the humanistic spirit of its members and further improving the literary quality of the Literature Society.

Although they look young compared with some long-established societies, it is important that they have taken a pioneering and innovative road on the road. The Literary Society uses the school magazine "Dance Shadow" and the campus tabloid "Dancer Essays" as platforms to mobilize all students to participate in various research activities such as essay writing and school-based teaching and research. With the help of this platform to display their works, they actively forged their own editorial team, and launched holiday special issues during festivals such as Teacher's Day and Spring Festival, enriching the extracurricular life of teachers and students of the whole school, and at the same time leading the whole school students to learn Chinese and launch special Chinese issues. While enjoying the excellent works full of wisdom and inspiration in books, newspapers and magazines, members' articles are constantly appearing in newspapers. Open the school magazine "Dancing Shadow", and columns with blooming personalities come into view: learning to paddle and reading papers, fresh and energetic spring flowers and autumn colors, affectionate world and dependent leaves, and I see South Korea, which are hot topics.

In order to enrich members' life and enhance the cohesion of the society, with the strong support of school leaders, the Literary Society has also carried out many off-campus solicitation activities, including Shaoxing, Siming Mountain, Wuzhen, Nanjing, Xixi, Tonglu and Hu Xiang. Considering that members have few social activities on weekdays, they also organize members to carry out a series of large-scale activities in the school, such as talent show, poetry reading contest, reading activity, recruiting new members for interviews, speech contest, topic composition contest, book donation activity, gratitude letter activity, special lectures, etc., to show members' various talents. As soon as the first autumn topic composition contest started, it attracted the active participation of 223 students from all over the school. In the talent show, the members wrote and performed wonderful programs such as sketches, dramas, songs and dances, which greatly stimulated their enthusiasm for participation. From then on, in the next semester of each academic year, the Literary Society will hold a talent show for its members and a farewell party for its old members. In this way, with the success of activities again and again, the literary society is growing little by little.

Second, the study is by the Lop River.

Lying on the bank of Luopo River, the thoughts left by the rural sages reverberate in people's ears. How to make use of this unique regional cultural resource has always been a problem for literary societies to think and explore. Under the guidance of teachers, the Literature Society has made a deep and creative research on the culture of Luopu River, and launched a comprehensive explanation and research around it. According to students' specialties and interests, they set up several research groups, such as research on historical sites, poetry, calligraphy, official life and filial piety culture, covering all of He's life, creation and contribution, providing students with a broad world to understand, understand, inherit and popularize He, and providing students with various opportunities and stages to give full play to their potential, so that students with different specialties can be fully displayed.

At the same time, students use a variety of research methods to consult the records of historical books and articles in archives, libraries and reading rooms, visit the ruins of He, explore typical events in He, and understand the profound connotation of He, his life and poems. This research-based learning activity integrates Chinese, history, geography, politics and other disciplines, mobilizes students' diverse knowledge and ability in these disciplines, and lays a solid foundation for the development of students' comprehensive ability.

In each research group, students' practical ability can gradually develop and grow with the deepening of the topic. After argumentation, the Committee members put forward a feasibility report on the establishment of He Park, which coincides with the idea of the district government. Starting from the study of harmonious filial piety culture, they put forward an initiative to all students: wash their parents' feet once and write a letter to them; Starting from He's poetry research, they held the Red May Poetry Reading Competition. Starting from learning calligraphy, they held the September Cup Calligraphy Competition. They also started from studying what to do, and then launched a "cultural hike". These activities come from students, close to life and go to society, which greatly improve students' comprehensive quality and ability, and make them exercise and develop in the fields of cognition, emotion, personality formation, sports skills and interpersonal skills.

In 2007, the demonstration class of comprehensive practical activities in district high schools was successfully held in No.11 Middle School. Teacher Tu led the team members to show their research results of "Luopu River Culture". The open teaching mode, rich graphic materials, solid practical achievements and pleasant teacher-student relationship left a deep impression on all the teachers attending the meeting. Teacher Tu's research achievement "Let the River of Culture Flow Forever" also won the first prize of the monograph on comprehensive practical activities in Hangzhou, which was included in the excellent thesis on comprehensive practical activities in Zhejiang Province and reprinted by Shanghai Huangpu Education.

Luopuhe Literature Society has conducted in-depth and creative research on Luopuhe culture, organically combined the comprehensive practical activity curriculum with student associations, and formed a new form of comprehensive practical activity curriculum with student associations as the carrier, which not only enriched the curriculum connotation, exercised students' ability, but also activated the construction of campus culture, which is conducive to cultivating students' innovative spirit. Nowadays, the research on He, which takes the culture of Popo River as the breakthrough point and the activities of Popo River Literature Society as the carrier, has become a brand of the school and has attracted more and more attention from brother schools and related people.

Third, the harvest is on both sides of the Po River.

Four years have passed, and the literary society and its members have ushered in a bumper harvest. They have published eight issues of school journals with exquisite binding and rich contents, won the first prize in the middle school group twice in the biennial evaluation of district-level literary journals, and won the second prize twice in the selection of websites with the theme of "Dancing Shadow" by national excellent literary societies. In 2005, the Literature Society won the Excellent Organization Award in the first Zhejiang-Hangzhou Middle School Campus Literature PK Competition, and President Wu Ligang won the highest individual award "Young Writers Award for Campus Literature" for his outstanding performance. Because of its outstanding achievements in the competition, the Eleventh Chinese Literature Society has now become a member of the Zhejiang Literature Association Alliance.

In the activities of the Literary Society, all previous members have changed their learning methods, formed the initiative of learning, and cultivated various learning abilities such as collecting, sorting, investigating, analyzing, socializing and writing. Yu, currently the vice chairman of Pohe Literature Society, began to turn his pure love for writing into an ideal pursuit after joining the Literature Society two years ago. In the community activities, he constantly experienced himself: in the process of traveling to various places, he learned what humility is; Know what everyone is when reading together in the library; Understand what is moving on the screen of light and shadow jumping. Under the cultivation of literary society, his name appeared in the school magazine constantly, and he won the Young Writers Award of Hangzhou Campus Literature, and he was fortunate to be one of the academicians of Hangzhou Literature College.
