Zhuangzi's Allusions of "Unity of Things and Me"

Zhuangzi once said: "Harmony with people is happiness; He who is in harmony with heaven is called Tianle. " (Zhuangzi Heaven), here, Zhuangzi put forward the idea of "the unity of things and me". He believes that harmony with man or nature is a kind of communication and unity of mind and matter. The relationship between man and nature should be harmonious, not antagonistic.

In addition, Zhuangzi also expressed the idea of "the blending of things and me" in The Theory of Everything. He put forward that "heaven and earth are born with me, and everything is one with me", which means that heaven and earth are born with me, and everything is one with me, that is, man and nature are one and inseparable. This is also an exposition of the idea of "blending things with me".

Generally speaking, the thought of "blending things with me" embodies Zhuangzi's profound understanding of the relationship between man and nature, and also embodies the inheritance and development of the philosophical spirit of "harmony between man and nature" in China's traditional culture.
