The author of "All Tang Poems" is anonymous.

On the other side of bloom, forget the river.

There is nothing the bridge can do. The Sansheng stone says Sansheng.

Vernacular explanation:

There is a road called Huang Quan Road, a river called Forgetting River and a bridge called Naihe Bridge. Crossing the Naihe Bridge, there is an earthen platform called Wangxiangtai. There is an old woman selling Mengpo soup in Wangxiangtai. There is a bluestone called Sanshengshi by the bridge. Sanshengshi records everyone's past lives. The stone body is as red as blood, with four words engraved on it.

This is a eulogy to commemorate the death of his wife, based on his own unfortunate experience. Upper reality and lower deficiency. Every sentence is sad and passionate, and the language is simple, but readers can deeply feel that the author's yearning for his wife is linked with helpless sadness. The demons couldn't bear it, so they agreed to let her drive on this road to guide and comfort the soul who left the human world.

On the other side, white snow and red flowers represent death. Both of them represent death, but one tends to be another explanation of death: rebirth, and the other tends to hesitate in pain and regret: depravity.
