The artistic conception of Zen, poetry and painting in Wang Wei's poems

Text/Lulu Mom

I like poetry, especially Wang Wei's pastoral poems.

Wang Wei, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, is an all-rounder who is proficient in poetry, calligraphy, painting and music. It is called "Shi Fo" because it believes in Buddhism and Zen, cultivates the mind and realizes the Tao, and expresses the feelings between mountains and rivers.

Su Shi commented on the cloud: "There are paintings in poetry; Look at the picture, there are poems in the picture. "

Wang Wei's poems are short and pithy, in which you can see pictures, scenery, feelings and Zen.

Reading his poems, we can see the pastoral scenery, the poet's tranquil mood and the poet's soothing life.

This is a Zen poem. Only those who are in a quiet mood can hear the sound of falling flowers and experience the harmony and tranquility of a quiet night.

Spring is quiet and beautiful. The white moonlight startled the birds, and the birds chirped clearly, which activated the tranquility of the night.

The description of the time of listening to the osmanthus falling and watching birds on the moon is fully displayed before our eyes.

Because of this poem by Wang Wei, red beans became acacia.

People who love each other will think of their lovers when they see red beans. People send their feelings with red beans and express their feelings with red beans. How many people in the world don't know this poem?

A wisp of solitary smoke in the desert wrote down the emptiness of the desert and the desolation of the frontier fortress. Straight, wrote the fortitude and perseverance of the soldiers stationed in the border defense.

When the yen falls on the long river, we can see its width and momentum. At the end of the line of sight, the water meets the sky, and the sunset seems to be swallowed up by the river.

Only the mountains in the painting can have the sound of constant seasons. Only the water in the painting can see the current, but can't hear the sound. Only the spring flowers in the painting are not limited by seasons and will never open. Only the bird in the picture is not afraid of being disturbed.

This poem praises this lifelike painting. Also wrote a quiet and beautiful artistic conception. Only a quiet person can realize his own thoughts, get rid of impetuousness and realize the Buddha nature and Zen in his heart.

There are many pastoral poems by Wang Wei, and each capital makes people realize its different artistic conception, different scenery and different beauty. I like Wei's poems, like the Zen in them, and like the artistic conception of the combination of poetry and painting.
