After the ugly duckling turned into a white swan, it lived with its family. This winter, they came to the Swan Park in the south to spend the winter. But it is often unhappy, and always ignores its brothers and sisters.
The swan father asked it, why are you unhappy, my child?
The ugly duckling said, those little ducks , little hens, etc., they always looked down on me, laughed at me, and bullied me in the past. I want to fly over and let them see how beautiful I look now! Humiliate them.
Dad Swan said, child, you live for yourself, don’t care what other people think. When they laughed at you, it was because they were wrong. But if you go back and show off just to humiliate them. Your motives are also wrong.
The ugly duckling pouted reluctantly, but he was very reluctant in his heart.
Finally one day, the ugly duckling secretly flew north with his family on his back. It flew and flew, and after a long, long time, it finally returned to the place where it was born.
The mother duck saw the ugly duckling and shed tears of excitement. The ducklings and chickens have also grown up. Although they feel embarrassed, they still come to greet the ugly duckling politely.
Unexpectedly, the ugly duckling not only did not reply politely, but angrily pointed its wings at these childhood friends and cursed them, even the mother duck. After scolding for a long time, the duck shed was turned into a mess again.
After flying such a long distance and getting so angry, the ugly duckling felt tired, so he went to sleep in the grass beside the pond.
In the middle of the night, a cold wave suddenly came. The ugly duckling was very cold. He came to the duck shed and wanted to stay warm inside. However, the duck shed has been destroyed by it, and the mother duck and her children do not know where they have moved. The ugly duckling that turned into a white swan was hungry and cold, and soon froze to death in the place where it was born.
