What are the symptoms of liver depression and qi stagnation?
Liver depression and qi stagnation may be unknown to many people. So many people don't know what the symptoms of liver depression and qi stagnation are, but it doesn't matter. Let me introduce the symptoms of liver depression and qi stagnation to you.
Liver depression and qi stagnation are mainly depression and swelling and pain along the liver meridian. Such as chest pain, abdominal pain, sighing, female breast pain, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea and so on. The liver meridian of the foot Jue Yin starts from the big toe of the foot, goes up along the back side of the leg, and goes around the yin organs, at least the abdomen, ribs and upper eye system, and reaches the top. Stagnation of liver qi, obstruction of arthralgia by meridian qi, resulting in dull pain in chest, hypochondrium and breast, less abdominal distension or attack; Qi stagnation, can not relax, then the mood is low; Qi disease and blood, qi stagnation and blood stasis, irregular chong and ren, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation and even amenorrhea.
Qi stagnation and abnormal drainage affect Shui Gu's subtle and water-dampness conduction. Over time, it will accumulate dampness and produce phlegm, which will go up along the meridians with qi and settle in the throat. If there is a foreign body in the throat, it can't be spit out and swallowed. Phlegm accumulated in the neck can cause scabies and tumors. Stagnation of qi and blood can lead to abdominal mass. Stagnation and loss of liver qi affect the harmony and health of the stomach, and may be accompanied by symptoms such as epigastric fullness, pain attack, chest tightness and belching (see syndrome of liver qi invading the stomach). Liver disease affects the transport function of spleen, causing anorexia, abdominal distension, loose stool discomfort, abdominal pain and diarrhea, and the pain is relieved after diarrhea.
Test of Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation Syndrome
When your liver is depressed and qi is stagnant, you need to go to the hospital for examination. Although stagnation of liver qi is not a disease, it is harmful to human body, so it is necessary to do some tests. What tests do I need to do to go to the hospital?
1, liver function test
Liver function is an important test to measure whether there is hepatocyte necrosis or inflammation in the liver, among which transaminase is the most important, and liver function needs to be regarded as an important reference index for treatment.
2. Pathological examination of liver puncture
It is of great value for the diagnosis of various types of hepatitis. It is helpful for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis to correctly record the pathogen, etiology, inflammatory activity and fibrosis degree of chronic hepatitis through electron microscope observation of liver tissue, immunohistochemical detection and Knodell HAI scoring system.
3. Quantitative detection of jaundice index and bilirubin
All the above indexes of icteric hepatitis can be increased. Urine test showed that bilirubin, urinary urobilinogen and urinary bilirubicin all increased.
