Did ancient couriers have "professional clothes"?

There really is.

The ancient express delivery industry was very particular about clothing. The courier service in Qin dynasty was mainly black, but it changed to red in Han dynasty, and it was also carrying a "red and white package", which was a special kind of red and white package. During the Southern Song Dynasty, if you worked in an official courier company, you would also send clothes from Xia Dong for three seasons in the spring.

The history of ancient express delivery industry

The ancient messengers were called "Walking, Postman, Postman and Handyman". If you want to be a courier in ancient times, don't compete for posts if you are not physically strong.

Express delivery appeared in Shang Dynasty. There was a delivery system similar to express delivery in Shang Dynasty, which was confirmed in Oracle Bone Inscriptions of Yin Ruins. According to Zhou Li Qiu Guan, officials in charge of postal services and logistics were established in the Zhou Dynasty. "Five miles and one post, ten miles and one pavilion" is the official configuration in ancient times. Each museum has a "museum director" who is responsible for local public security, civil affairs, military service and post office.

Cen Can, a frontier poet in Tang Dynasty, was deeply impressed by the speed of these messengers. He once wrote: "after one post, another post rides on the stars." Ping Ming sent a poem about Xianyang, Twilight and Longshan. By today's standards, these "scud" running around day and night may break the world record.

These fast-paced ancient couriers have gone through many hardships. When Li Bai lamented "the bright line at the foot of my bed", they set off before they even had time to sleep. Those urgent royal mails cannot be delayed.
