The civil affairs departments of the people's governments at or above the county level may take the following measures to perform their duties of supervision and inspection according to law:
1. Learn about the situation from pension institutions and individuals;
2. Enter the pension institution suspected of violating the law to conduct on-site inspection;
3. Consult or copy relevant contracts, documents, account books and other relevant materials;
