A few years ago, Lamian Noodles was popular in Lanzhou, but in recent years, Anhui board has sprung up in Hebei. But everyone thinks it's funny, because few people in Anhui know about beef noodles, and there are not so many people who like to eat them, because in Anhui, everyone eats mutton noodles, and I don't know why it became beef noodles in the north. Even driving a luxury car to eat noodles in Hebei has long been a unique scenery in many places.

Beef noodles were mutton noodles when they were in Anhui, but in the north, they would be accepted by more people.
