"Guan Shanyue" is one of the Yuefu songs in Han Dynasty, which belongs to "Drum and Horn Crossing Songs". At that time, the border guards often sang it.
The poet described the hardships of the ancient border guards and condemned the sufferings brought to the people by the unjust war, thus insinuating and criticizing the militancy of the ruling class in the Tang Dynasty and showing the theme of opposing the war of aggression.

The whole poem is broad and vigorous, full of majestic momentum. The poet inherited the fine tradition of Yuefu in Han and Wei Dynasties, wrote the present from the past, and placed his yearning for women in a profound and magnificent time and space background.
Especially in the first four sentences, the poet combines the high-hanging bright moon with the majestic Tianshan Mountains and the vast sea of clouds, which has the potential of flying in the lofty distance and shows incomparable brushwork and boldness in the vast and magnificent realm.
