Appreciation of Bai Juyi's Yongmei Poems in Xi Mei

Appreciation of Words in Li Yu Hua Hua

Bai Juyi

The flowers of trees are delicious, but the fragrant branches are weak.

Two or three feet high, overlapping thousands of calyx.

The sun is shining high and the dusk is fading away.

The vermicelli is thin, and the ground is red and thin.

Judging from the red color, it is easy to sell when it is bitter.

No flowers, no wind.

Bai Juyi used meticulous brushwork to write the trees, branches and flowers of plum blossoms, one stroke at a time, with a beautiful expression. The phrase "the flowers on the tree are delicious and the fragrant branches are weak" comprehensively summarizes the image of Prunus humilis. Although the branches are short and weak, their flowers are many, bright and fragrant. The second sentence, "two or three feet high, overlapping thousands of calyx", describes the grand occasion of a small plum cluster with thousands of calyx. This second sentence is more detailed than the first sentence, while the third sentence is "flying towards Yan Ai". Night is coming. "Then turn to the description of its flowers. When plum blossoms bloom in the morning, they are gorgeous, just like thick clouds in the morning. It fell again at night. It really comes and goes like clouds. "The word powder is thin and the ground is red and thin. "It landed like red powder and covered the ground like a thin layer of red gauze. This is a detailed image. Writing the changes of plum blossoms in the morning and evening, and writing their falling flowers one after another, fully shows the author's superb brushwork in describing objects. There are both figurative metaphors and real narratives, which give people the feeling of being there and seeing it with their own eyes. Then the author made a comment on the blossom and fall of Prunus humilis: "It is easy to sell when it is red." "Red never lasts long, but it is the easiest to decline. The feeling of regret is beyond words. The author also compares it to a flower that is not easy to wither, but at the same time it is not cherished. " No flowers, no wind. "Really helpless. Why do good things always last? The poet wrote in his poem: "Flowers are thin and complex, with bright and dark colors. Those who are thoughtful in flowers are quick to decline and easy to fall, so they are precious. Bai Juyi wrote a poem in "Flowers in the Rain": "Grass can last for many years, but flowers are out of time. 360 days a year, flowers can be used for climbing for several days. "The Tomb of the True Mother" says, "Good things in the world are hard to keep. "He also wrote the poem" Autumn Lotus ",in which flowers are easy to fall, and he turned to be a human being, which is quite vivid and can be regarded as a coherent Yongmei. The poem says: "The wind is cold and the sky is faint. There are hibiscus flowers in the atrium, which set in the morning. Autumn has fallen, and dusk has come. I'm sorry that I have no color, but I sigh without hesitation. I feel this is because I missed him and talked to him. Men are always rich, and women marry later. Only when the head is white can it succeed, and when the color is weak can it convince people. If you can't get it in the future, it will be as stable as youth. "
