What bridges are there on the west bank of the Summer Palace?

Compared with the rich and exquisite buildings on the north bank of Kunming Lake, the scenery of the west dike is mainly quiet. The west dike is like the Su Causeway of Hangzhou West Lake. The whole west dike is broken at six places, and then connected with the white marble bridge, forming the beautiful scenery of "Six Bridges of Willow", and the willow is planted all over the dike. These six bridges have their own names, from south to north: Qiao Liu, Lianqiao, Jingqiao, Daiyu Bridge, Qianfeng Bridge and Hujie Bridge. Except Dai Yuqiao and Hu Jieqiao, the other four bridges all have pavilions and pavilions with different shapes, but they are all exquisitely carved and gorgeous. There are benches in the pavilion, from which you can overlook the lake and enjoy the cool breeze.

The scenery of the six bridges has its own characteristics, and the Jade Belt Bridge is the most famous for its beautiful shape. At that time, Emperor Qianlong loved the Jade Belt Bridge most, describing it as "a snail in the bright moon mirror and a hundred feet of rainbow light in the crystal curtain". Now, the reputation of Jade Belt Bridge has spread all over the world, and foreign bridge experts are full of praise for it. The prison gate bridge in new york, USA was built in imitation of it. Hujie Bridge is named after being located at the boundary between rivers and lakes, Liuqiao stops because of the fresh willow color, the bridge is lingering because of the embankment, and Jingqiao is located between the two lakes, which looks like a mirror. On the south side of Qianfeng Bridge, there is an original ecological farmhouse with mulberry trees in the waterside forest, which looks like Jiangnan pastoral. The scenery is similar to the poems in the Book of Songs, and Qianfeng is in July, hence the name.
