Prepare the examination room, hire and train invigilators

Before the exam, the examination room should be arranged;

When using a lecture theater as an examination room, seats should be arranged in alternate rows to prevent cheating. The above principles should be based on;

③ When conducting the examination, tables and benches should be removed from the examination room. Except for necessary items, no other items should be brought into the examination room.
(2) Calligraphy test
① There must be enough space for candidates to write. Based on the actual conditions of the examination room;

⑥ Before the examination, the examination administrator of the examination center prints the roster of candidates in each examination room in advance and distributes it to the invigilators in the corresponding examination room in advance ;
⑦ During the examination, the examination center should set up examination administration, security, health and safety working groups, and provide examination staff with necessary stationery and other supplies.
(3) Sketching, Basic requirements for the color subject examination room: (The subject levels that need to be arranged for still life include: sketching level 3 to level 6 and color level 6. ① There are 30 candidates in each examination room (standard classroom); divided into two groups, each group has 15 candidates.
②A booth is set up at the front and rear of the examination room for still life display.
③ The examination room should be safe, quiet, with good ventilation and lighting conditions, and should be well-equipped to facilitate the examination.
Except for necessary items, no other items, writings, drawings, etc. that may affect the examination should be left in the examination room. /p>
④ At the latest one day before the examination, the examination room diagram or location should be announced, and the subjects, levels, examination room number and admission ticket number of the examination room should be posted at the entrance of each examination room. The seat number is posted on each seat in the hotel. And let candidates know the location of their examination rooms on the day, and set up obvious guidance signs;
⑤ Each examination room shall have no less than 2 invigilators, and each group shall have no less than 1 invigilator. Invigilators should have a strong sense of responsibility. 2.
Receipt of test papers

Receive test papers.
The test papers will be sent to each hosting agency 7 days before the exam. When receiving the test papers, each hosting agency should immediately count the number of test paper bags and check whether the seals are complete and whether the test paper bags are damaged. And sign and confirm on the "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Grade Exam Paper Delivery List". If you find that the quantity does not match or the test paper bag is damaged, you should immediately verify with the Social Examination Office of the examination center and take necessary remedial measures. Two people from the receiving party should be present when receiving the test papers;

The test papers shall be kept. After counting the test papers, the relevant personnel shall handle the handover procedures and immediately transfer the test papers to the confidentiality room for storage. A dedicated person is responsible to ensure safety;

The test papers should be delivered to the examination office of each test center on the day of the test. Each test center should immediately count the number of bags and check whether the seals are complete. Check whether the bag is damaged and sign on the "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Grade Exam Paper Delivery List" to confirm. After the person in charge of the examination center announces the work location and responsibilities of the invigilators, the examination center office distributes the test papers to each examination room;

Examination certificate, invigilator certificate, and examination room layout personnel certificate , inspector certificates, and staff certificates are supervised by the Social Examination Office of the examination center and printed and issued by each organization;

The test paper seal will be issued at the same time as the test paper bag;

The storage, confidentiality, transportation and receipt of test papers should be strictly in accordance with the relevant confidentiality regulations of the state and the Ministry of Education Examination Center.
3.
Examination work discipline

One hour before the exam, arrange the personnel in the examination room and announce the personnel allocation and work Responsibilities.
Note: The examiner of the test center will open the envelope of the examination room layout instructions for the art subject in public, and arrange the examination room layout personnel to complete the placement of the booths in each examination room in accordance with the layout requirements. 20 minutes before the exam starts, the exam room layout personnel must complete the use and placement work and evacuate the exam room.

Fifty minutes before the exam starts, the invigilator will collect the test papers from this examination room. When receiving, you must confirm the test subjects, levels, test papers, and number of answer sheets, and verify that the seal of the test paper bag is intact and that the test paper bag is not damaged. If there are any problems, they should be handled together with the examiner at the examination center. If necessary, they must be reported to the next higher authority;

The invigilator will enter 45 minutes before the exam starts. Examination room, check and clean the examination room, if any abnormal situation is found, report it to the person in charge of the examination center in time, and take relevant effective measures;

Five minutes before the exam starts, distribute the test papers to the candidates, check the number of test papers, and instruct the candidates to use a blue-black or black pen or signature pen to write in the designated area. Fill in the name, admission ticket number, test center name and other relevant information. Candidates are reminded to wait until the answer signal is sent before answering. If there is an error in the distributed test paper, you should immediately report it to the examiner at the examination center for replacement.

After the test papers are distributed, the invigilator needs to check whether the candidates have clearly filled in the relevant information in the prescribed places on the test paper and answer sheet. Writing in places other than the prescribed places is not allowed, otherwise the test paper will be It will be invalidated and the consequences will be borne by the candidates.

After the test start signal is sent, the invigilator announces the beginning of the test. During the examination, there should be an invigilator at the front and rear of the examination room.
Invigilators are not allowed to smoke, do or read questions in the examination room, are not allowed to check the candidates' answers, are not allowed to read books and newspapers, and are not allowed to advance or delay the examination time. Test papers are not allowed to be taken out or transferred out of the examination room during the examination time;
10.
Those who are late for more than 30 minutes will not be allowed to enter. You are not allowed to leave the examination room without permission during the examination;
11.
30 minutes after the examination starts, the invigilator should write down the missing information in the "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Grade Examination Room Record Form" on the test paper bag Examinee’s name and admission ticket number.

Invigilators should carefully supervise candidates taking the exam and stop candidates from violating exam disciplines. If a candidate is found to have violated discipline, he should truthfully fill in the "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Grade Examination Examination Room Record Form" and handle it according to regulations together with the chief examiner at the examination center;

The invigilator shall not give any explanation for the content of the test questions. . Questions raised by candidates about unclear printed text on the test paper should be answered in public;

16.
Arrange the answer sheets in order of seat numbers from small to large (small numbers on top, large numbers on the bottom), and Put the test papers and answer sheets into separate bags. After confirming that the number of test papers and answer sheets is correct, the invigilator needs to sign the "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Grade Examination Examination Room Record Form" on the test paper bag and return the test papers and answer sheets to the test center administrator. The examination center office will check the test papers returned from each examination room again and seal the test paper bags. Sealed test papers should be sent to each hosting agency within the specified time. During the period of undelivery, the test papers shall be stored in the same manner as required for storage before the examination;

During the examination time, the examiner at the examination center should be on duty at the examination center office to handle the matter in a timely manner. Questions that arise in the exam. If the test cannot be carried out normally due to incomplete, illegible handwriting, wrong packaging, etc., the test must be reported to the hosting agency, and after approval, the spare paper shall be unsealed according to relevant procedures and detailed records must be kept. The examiner, inspectors, and invigilators at the examination center should wear obvious chest badges when working, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the examination room;

The examination office of the test center should prepare the necessary tools for sealing and binding the test paper bag;

After all the examinations are completed, the test papers will be collected by the test center and handed over to the test center. Submit all examination papers (including all examination papers, answer sheets, missing examination papers and spare papers) to the examination center on time.
