Zhang Baicheng, male, born in February 1977, is from Changchun, Jilin Province. He is now working in the Art Department of the Ministry of Culture. He likes calligraphy since he was a child. He started in Han Li and studied Weibei under Mr. Zhou Xifei. His paintings and calligraphy works have been exhibited in China Art Museum, and have been collected for many times at national, provincial and municipal levels.
