Guan Daosheng (1262- 13 19), born in Zhongji, Yaoji and Huating (now Qingpu, Shanghai), was born in Maoshan, Deqing (now Maoshan Village, Moganshan Town), a famous female calligrapher, painter and poet in Yuan Dynasty. Smart since childhood, able to write poems and draw pictures, she married Zhao Mengfu, and was canonized as Mrs. Wei in four years (13 17).

In his later years, Zhao Mengfu was promoted to Bachelor of Hanlin and Doctor Rong Lu. His official position has been in the government since the first grade. However, Zhao Mengfu was still at the mercy of the descendants of the Song Dynasty and could not display his ambition. He was often depressed by shame, so he devoted himself to painting and calligraphy. Guan Daosheng once wrote several poems about the fisherman and advised him to go home. One said, "Life is expensive as a vassal, but fame and fortune are not free. It's like a boat, I want to go home and rest! "

After five years' delay, Guan Daosheng's beriberi recurred. After repeated requests by Zhao Mengfu, he was allowed to send his wife back to the south in April of the following year.
