Who knows the great revelation of the cold creative process: how did I draw surrealism?

Leng Jun: I also want to talk about this. After all this talk, I haven't told you how I painted surrealism. Many people have asked this question. I'll tell you what to do. What's different about painting? Set up characters and make them. The canvas was originally made by myself, and it was flat, but it was flat but not slippery. But it's a little rough How can we do that? Many methods have been used before, and now many methods are used, that is, white latex. If I don't have a brush, I will brush it to a certain thickness with imported primer and dry it thoroughly. I must hang it for a few days and grind the cloth with water mill sand until the lines come out slightly. At this time, I will use dilute propylene pigment, any pigment will do. I usually use ochre red, ochre yellow or green, and propylene pigment can be adjusted. At this time I began to draw big strokes. After painting, the strokes are thick and thin, so stick them down with paper, use as much oil as possible, and use three times the oil. Lily used to use three times the oil, but now it's gone. You can use 004 to add a little oil, paint it again, and then stick it down ... to what extent the process is repeated, you have to master this thing yourself, I will master it, you have to see. When the eyes are deeply expressed, the feeling is that productivity enters the details and the details slowly enter. At first, the painting was blurred, and slowly, the excess pigment stuck down. Do this until the painting is finally blurred and accurate. This is very important. The previous process takes up 80% of the time, and 80% of the time is paving the way, just like painting people, drawing meat first and then drawing edges. Of course, it is also a painting together, which is the exact time. In fact, sometimes one place is good, and other places feel great. For example, I used to draw iron sheets with pens mixed on them. After mixing, I drew a few wonderful rusts and several positions on the iron sheet, but where to draw a few positions depends on my eyes. In fact, I only drew a few rust spots, and the rest are all iron sheets, and the skin is the same. The skin is smooth, a little rough, red and yellow. A few small peas painted on it are all skins. If you don't draw small peas, draw something else, which is something else. Sometimes it's as simple as that, and it has something to do with my study of science (laughs). So when I do these things, I rely on my own brain to program and logic. I drew everything in advance. For example, when I paint wood, I paint the wooden stool very exquisitely. Later, it was found that there was a better expression. First, if wood is painted, I draw a wooden furniture, dry it thoroughly, paint it, scrape off the peeling place with a knife, stick it together and paint it well. There is something dirty on the paint, so pick it up and scrape it with a knife. Anyway, what does it look like? According to your feelings, your eyes are deep, so you can't express them deeply. If your eyes are not deep, your expression is not deep. In the process of scraping with a knife, the wood grain will come out. Don't you think that brushing according to that process is like wood? Scrape after drying and scrape after wetting. Anyway, try to realize your feelings. Feeling is strength and feeling is productivity. There is no fixed method. In fact, the law has no fixed method. That's the concept. There is a way to any realm. I think in the process of learning and growing up, I don't like talking about learning, that is, I must watch more oriental culture and Chinese painting in the process of growing up. Calligraphy, seal cutting, freehand brushwork and meticulous brushwork only look at lines. Let me tell you why western modernist art attracts many young people and why many people like it. In fact, many people hate classicism because its aesthetic taste is not very high. In a sense, the art of western modernism is influenced by the East, directly by Japan and indirectly by the East. For example, the works of Mo Landi and Balthus, including Matisse, Picasso, Cezanne and Van Gogh, all have oriental flavor, but because he can't learn well, he can learn from him, and vice versa. So Picasso said, "Why do China people come to study in France? Your art is in the East. " Picasso is a master. He said that art is in the east, and there is a Qi Baishi in the east. What are you doing here? We have nothing to teach you here, so in a sense, why Picasso became Picasso also has his reasons.
