It is a regular script calligraphy work written by the politician Wei Zheng and composed by the calligrapher Ouyang Xunshudan in the sixth year of Zhenguan of the Tang Dynasty (632 AD). It is now in the stele pavilion of Linyou County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province Scenic spots.
The whole stele of "Jiucheng Palace·Liquan Inscription" is about 1,200 words. It mainly describes the origin of "Jiucheng Palace" and the majesty of its architecture, and praises the great achievements and frugal spirit of Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty.
