He (1799 ~ 1873), born in Daozhou (now Daoxian County, Hunan Province), is the son of the university student He. In his later years, he wrote Zhu Lan with seal script and official script, which was full of stone. Calligraphy is one of the most famous epigraphy masters after Deng and Yi Bingshou in the late Qing Dynasty.
