Gao Weidong, 1963 was born in Beijing. He is currently a director of Beijing Calligraphers Association, China Calligraphers Association, China Calligraphy and Painting Association, vice president of Beijing Beihai Poetry and Painting Institute, cultural and artistic consultant of Linqing City, Shandong Province, artistic consultant of Qingdao Jinshi Calligraphy and Painting Institute, director of China International Artists Association, member of the Art Committee of China Public Relations Association, and member of Zhongshan Calligraphy and Painting Society of China National Revolutionary Committee.
