First of all, I must have a healthy lunch. I don't want big fish and meat, but vegetables are indispensable. Lunch determines the quality of work in the afternoon. Some people skip lunch in order to lose weight, which is not good for their health and is not conducive to losing weight.
After you come back, stand for a while, stroll around, chat with colleagues, read e-books, practice hard pen calligraphy, and set yourself a small goal every day. Not big, but stick to it. At this point, you will naturally think of doing it in a conditioned way, and the cost is very low.
Have a cup of coffee before I feel a little sleepy and start to sleep for a while. Time must not be long, 20 minutes is enough. As long as you can fall asleep, it is particularly comfortable to wake up.
After waking up, eat some fruit, add some water, and challenge the afternoon work in high spirits.
