What level did Yongzheng's calligraphy belong to among the emperors of past dynasties? What is the basis?

There may not be many emperors who loved calligraphy in feudal dynasties for thousands of years, but there must be some emperors who had amazing calligraphy accomplishments. The emperor is human, too. Calligraphy is unfathomable and varied, which makes it difficult to understand. Calligraphy will treat you with what kind of temper you have. Real calligraphers can "master" calligraphy. This is also unclear in a few words. The most fundamental reason is that the aesthetic view of calligraphy in Qing dynasty is slightly different from that in other periods, and calligraphy in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties continued to be attached to the knowledge of Ming dynasty.

Influenced by Dong Qichang, Ni, Huang Daozhou and others in the late Ming Dynasty, cursive calligraphy was generous and unique, and Shunzhi loved Dong Qichang's calligraphy. At that time, most literati and calligraphers took Shu Dong as a model, and Yong Zhengdi's calligraphy level was of course medium. Of course, this is also judged by the calligraphy level of all Qing emperors. Understanding a person's life, growing habits and behavior is very direct and important for the study and training of calligraphy.

In the middle and late Qing Dynasty, Emperor Qianlong loved calligraphy and ordered him to copy Sanxi Hall Fa Tie. Scholars in the ruling and opposition parties also changed from respecting Dong to worshiping Zhao. Yongzheng period is the key link to inherit the "prosperous time of Kanggan". His calligraphy suffered greatly from Shunzhi calligraphy, far away from Jin and Tang Dynasties. He is familiar with Dong Qichang, Shu Zhen and Lishu, and he has a high attainments. His books are damp and beautiful. Unlike Song Dynasty's "Harmony", the emperor of Qing Dynasty is unlikely to be a calligrapher. Judging from the design style, Yong Zhengdi's calligraphy is full of nostalgia and does not create a series. Calligraphy style is elegant and amazing, full of imperial spirit.

Today, there are several plaques and inscriptions that preserve Yong Zhengdi Chen Han, from which we can explore the mystery of his calligraphy. Yong Zhengdi is an outstanding emperor in the history of our country. He was in power for 13 years, but he put forward many reform and innovation measures, such as opening the army and paving the ground, which did harm to the long-term in the history of feudal society in China. His calligraphy is also excellent in his true identity. He trained calligraphy since he was a child and spent a lot of time. His handwriting is rich and beautiful, which combines the fullness of his face with Dong Qichang's relaxed feeling and is firm with a pen. At the same time, it combines the spirit of Sun Caoshu. Dignity and elegance are not royal, but of course heavy, showing the emperor's tolerant atmosphere.
