Born in 1978, he graduated from the History Department of Anqing Normal University and the Art Department of Tianjin Trade Union Management Cadre College. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, a member of the Official Calligraphy Committee of Anhui Calligraphers Association, a director of Anhui Young Calligraphers Association, a vice president of Huangshan Printing Society, and the president of Huangshan Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
