The form of text output

According to the content, the forms of text output are generally divided into the following three categories:

One is notes. Mainly refers to reading notes, including handouts, meeting minutes, etc. Specific forms are excerpts, comments, feelings and so on. To extract is to record the original words without changing a word or summarizing the records. It is also a kind of text output, because it is reorganized by the brain after what is read and heard is reflected in the brain. Comment on writing is a comment on what you have read and heard, usually a few sentences. Feeling is a feeling derived from what you read and hear, which is very long.

The second is diary. A diary is a simple record of a person's daily life and thoughts. This is a memo. Generally speaking, the language is concise, without too many extended descriptions and too many ideas, and the structure is relatively simple. For example, Zeng Guofan's diary is like this (pictured above).

The third is the article. The articles here are generalized, including all kinds of practical writing and literary creation. Article is the most complicated form of text output, especially in literary and artistic creation, all kinds of writing techniques will be used, and the structure is also complicated. The article contains more creative labor than the first two forms of text output.

Notes and diaries are simple forms of primary text output. Article is a complex advanced text output form. These two types of text output forms are usually closely related. Simple text output is the source of content and materials for complex text output. Therefore, while attaching importance to articles, we should also attach importance to notes and diaries.

According to the artistic division of writing, the forms of text output can be divided into the following two categories:

One is plain text. It is to record or write with a pen, without pursuing the artistic effect of the text itself.

The second is calligraphy. It is to write all kinds of text content in the form of calligraphy, and to pursue the artistic effect and formal beauty of the text itself. Calligraphy is beneficial to cultivate sentiment and cultivate aesthetic taste, and it is a kind of exercise for keeping fit and strengthening the brain. China paid more attention to calligraphy education in ancient times. Zeng Guofan thinks that calligraphy is an important reading method. Now calligraphy, an ancient art form, has been paid attention to again, and there has been a "calligraphy craze", and the art of calligraphy is being revived in China. Calligraphy, a form of text output, will also be used by more and more people.

In addition, it can be divided into handwritten characters and machine-written characters according to handwriting and machine-writing, so I won't go into details here.
