Li Zhenhai, born in July of 19 19, is from Huazhou County, Guangdong Province. Honorary President of Wuchuan No.1 Middle School and Honorary President of the Municipal Education Association. He used to be the vice chairman of CPPCC in Wuchuan, the deputy director of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), the chairman of Wuchuan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the chairman of Wuchuan Calligraphers Association, and the director of Zhanjiang Artists Association and Calligraphy Association. He is currently a member of Guangdong Calligraphers Association, executive director of Modern National Calligraphy and Painting Artists Association, executive director of Jiangdu Painting and Calligraphy Institute, honorary president of China Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University Wuchuan Branch, adjunct professor of Art Department of China Logical Language Correspondence University, senior researcher of Zhongyuan Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, and creative member of cultural and artistic talent pool of Cultural and Artistic Market Research Center of China Academy of Fine Arts.
