The total number of submissions by each author shall not exceed 3, and the works shall be sent at one time, and the second submission will not be accepted. Please write down the author's name, gender, ID number, mailing address, postcode, mobile phone, fixed line and other contact information in pencil in the lower right corner of the back of all submitted works, and attach a copy of ID card.
It is strictly forbidden to write and copy. When necessary, on-site interviews will be conducted with the nominated authors and some participating authors.
