To this end, our group of teachers actively study relevant teaching theories in their spare time, use teaching theories to guide practice, practice teaching basic skills hard, and do a lot of research from classroom teaching organization, method optimization, situation creation and so on. At the same time, actively participate in business training and English teaching and research activities at all levels, and constantly enrich themselves.
At the same time, our group of teachers can also seriously teach the teaching and research activities in the town. In normal teaching, we can always listen to each other and learn from each other's strengths. Teachers in our group always put the quality of subjects first. In addition to paying close attention to classroom teaching, they have also increased their efforts to help poor students, making them "targeted, planned, process-oriented, and effective", so that make-up lessons are not a mere formality, so that students with learning difficulties can really learn more, master more knowledge, and strive to narrow the gap with other students, thus improving the overall teaching level. By the end of this semester, the students' English scores in our school have improved significantly.
At the same time, combined with our school's county-level English collective project "Practical research on infiltrating happy teaching in primary school English teaching", some beneficial English extracurricular activities are carried out.
