Do you know how to write calligraphy well?

Calligraphy is a traditional art of writing in China, and we should understand and even learn to inherit it.

It is the basis of learning calligraphy. The strokes are divided into three parts: upper, middle and lower. When we write, we often use the nib and the middle part, and basically don't use the upper part, that is, the root. Because brushes are soft and difficult to control, it is not built in a day to master them well. Then it's time to practice kung fu.

Humble opinion: at the beginning of training, you should hang your wrist and start with the sheep brush. Generally speaking, the pen should be carried slowly and evenly, the trend should not drift lightly, the pen should be carried in the middle, and the force should reach the front. The elasticity of the touch pen shall not exceed the elastic limit. The depth of the pen tip to eat paper should be basically the same, and it should be lifted slowly when skimming, and the ideal effect can be achieved by mastering the direction of the pen tip. Here, "vigorous forward" is the key to writing, and "pen front in the middle" is the foundation.

According to the stroke frame of Chinese characters, it is necessary to turn the pen in a circle to achieve literary beauty. Multiple reference copybook

Lifting the pen and adjusting the front are often organically combined and rarely used alone; They are independent and have their own characteristics. When starting a pen, the front of the pen is usually hidden so that the edge of the stroke does not show the front of the pen, which is the usual "think first, think first." When writing vertically, the pen should be transported up a little by the pen, and then down, so that the vertical top of the head is sharp and beautiful. The nest pen above is pre-adjusted. If the dew is hanging vertically at the lower end, the lower end should be placed neatly on the pen. If the hanging needle is vertical, the central force can be conveyed out. Point, skimming and pressing are a principle. Specific strokes also have their own skills.

Please refer to my humble opinion, criticize and correct my mistakes, practice perseverance, and you will naturally succeed.

Put pen to paper:

When the pen touches the paper for the first time, it is called putting pen to paper, also called starting pen. Writing is generally light, like a bird falling from the air on a branch. Putting pen to paper is the beginning of writing.

Pen:

Press the pen down and call it a pen. Don't overdo it. If it is too heavy, it will be too fat to draw.

Pen:

Raise the pen to the top, call it a pen. Generally, when you finish writing, you should start writing. Write like a bird about to fly off the ground.

Pen pause: Press the pen to call pen pause. Don't overdo it. If it is too heavy, it will be too fat to draw.

Pen lifting: lifting the pen to the top is called pen lifting. Generally, when you finish writing, you should start writing. Hold up a pen like a bird about to fly high from the ground.

Lateral movement mainly includes the following types:

Row: Row from one end to the other is called row, and row is also called row and over-row.

Writing: after stopping writing, lift the pen slightly and apply force in the opposite direction to make the nib perpendicular to the paper.

Brush adjustment and driving direction

First, the driving direction

Let's recall that we were driving on the road and had to turn 500 meters ahead. It was a very slow turn. At this time, we slowed down first and turned slowly while walking, and the body was always in front of the road.

If it is a straight bend, we need to reduce the speed to a minimum, even stop at idle speed, then turn around, adjust the body to the front, and then refuel slowly.

Second, the brush adjusts the front.

Brush front adjustment is the same as this principle.

Writing calligraphy well requires constant practice. Only by diligent practice can we master the skills of brushwork and be familiar with the effect of pen and ink falling on rice paper, and then we can know fairly well when writing and write excellent works!

The ancients talked about using a pen, including not only using the front, but also hanging the wrist. I think writing a pen mainly involves three links: lifting pressure, turning and adjusting front.

(1) can be lifted and pressed, and the front of the brush is the nib. The ancients said that the pen used in the center mainly refers to the writing state in which the nib is in the center of stippling, but this state is not static, but the center is in the state of lifting the pen. Although the stippling lines are round and smooth, in fact, it needs to be done by lifting and pressing in the process of pen lifting. The ancients described it as "one leak, one cone painting sand, one fold hairpin and Yin Yinni". That is, the strokes in the center show signs of lifting pressure, but this is naturally formed in the process of writing and strokes, and it cannot be deliberately done.

(2) Making a transition, ensuring the turning point and hook of stippling, as well as the gesture exchange and joint echo of stippling, are all completed by making a transition in the process of lifting the front. Turning is based on lifting the pen and pressing the pen, which adds a difficulty coefficient. It is necessary to rotate while lifting and pressing to ensure that the brushwork is in place. For example, the horizontal hook of the baogaitou should be pressed at the same time to complete the writing in one go.

(3) Being able to adjust the front of the car is just like skating. If you can stand up and slide in a straight line, you must learn to turn around and turn around. In the process of calligraphy stippling, color tones are everywhere. Taking "horizontal" as an example, the first step is to start writing against the front, that is, when the pen tip touches the paper, it immediately turns to the center; Step 2, move the pen horizontally, accompanied by lifting and pressing. The third step is to close the pen, the pen tip is slightly inclined to the right, lift the pen, stroke the pen down to the right and then lift the pen to the left to close the pen, thus completing the horizontal writing. Other stippling methods are the same as horizontal writing, which requires careful understanding and more practice.

Writing with a pen is like swimming. Knowing the basic movements, you won't sink into the water, you can swim boldly and go deep into the learning process of calligraphy.

Yes ... This is also the foundation of calligraphy creation at present! Because of the current pen processing technology (not needed in the Tang Dynasty), especially the long-peak wool quilt. The key is that when the pen is carried in the air, the side peak is in the middle peak, and most of the side peak is in the middle of the nib.

At the beginning, we must lay a good foundation. Whenever you drop, stop, lift or write, you should take it apart and practice it again and again. Only when we are solid can we use it freely and in one go!

I have always wanted to learn calligraphy. My handwriting is ugly and not straight, which may be related to my impatience. Learning calligraphy is very particular, and I will learn it if I have the opportunity.

The pen is sharp and the fingers are spinning.
