Article 2 The full name of the school is the Central University of Finance and Economics, which is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by the state and a national "double-class" construction institution directly under the Ministry of Education. Schools have the right to award degrees in economics, management, law, literature, science, engineering, education, art and other disciplines, issue graduation certificates to undergraduate graduates who meet the academic standards of higher education, and issue corresponding bachelor's degree certificates to undergraduate graduates who meet the prescribed academic standards.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
