Where can I learn calligraphy in Wuhan? Which style is better to learn first?

You can learn regular script first, but it is important to stick to it. The copybook suggests learning European style. Ou Yangxun's "Jiucheng Palace Monument" is better, and its brushwork is more neat and beautiful. Personally, I suggest European style, and I am practicing European style myself!

The pen can be large or small, depending on the size of the copybook you bought, and then choose a writing brush. The pen is slightly larger, so it is recommended to use sheep hair in regular script. Some fringed papers are plaid, and some are not. My suggestion is not to buy by cheque, because practicing calligraphy with Mi Zige and Gong Hui is too limited. Go home and cut off the fringed paper and fold it into a grid of about the same size.

Self-study is more difficult. You can sign up for a calligraphy club or something, but I don't know where Wuhan is. You can ask the same city

hope this helps
