The answer is the cursive script "Maozi", which imitates Mao Zedong's calligraphy font.
Explain that these words have a history:
1950 Public Security Construction compiled by the Ministry of Public Security. At the request of Luo Ruiqing, Minister of Public Security, Mao inscribed the title of Public Security Construction.
1956 People's Public Security Magazine is published by the Ministry of Public Security. When designing the cover of People's Public Security, the word "people" written by Mao to People's Daily was used, and then the word "public security" in public security construction was combined into the word "people's public security". However, after the combination, it was found that the word "An" was not in harmony with the other three words, so the word "An" was found in Mao's other inscriptions and spelled into the masthead of People's Public Security.
1984 People's Public Security Newspaper was founded by the Ministry of Public Security. The title consists of two words: people's public security in Mao style and newspaper in People's Daily.
