Liu Youping, a Chinese character, is named Hui You. Born in Honghu, Hubei Province, 1966, studied calligraphy at the age of nine, with profound skills. His official script, which is taken from French-Chinese steles and bamboo slips and silks, has a distinct artistic personality and stands out in the contemporary calligraphy field.
