Qin Mingde, pen name Mingde, 1949 was born in Jingzhou, a city in southern Hunan. He is a calligrapher and writer, and he is good at poetry. In terms of calligraphy, there are five works, such as China's Calligraphy Style Panorama and Mingde Shaozi's Calligraphy Art.. Some calligraphy works have won gold and silver prizes in domestic calligraphy competitions. His novels, essays and poems have published nearly 2 million words in dozens of periodicals, such as October, Contemporary Writers and Poems of China, including novellas and short stories Water Ghost, Poems and Selected Poems of Mingde.
