Who built the Chen Duxiu Cemetery?

I think the designers of the cemetery may want to symbolize that with the spread of Marxism in China, the flaming revolutionary torch is lit everywhere in the vast land of China. In the center of the square, stands a statue of Chen Duxiu, a revolutionary young man with high spirits, looking at the great rivers and mountains of the motherland, full of thoughts and plans. Further on, it is the sculpture of New Youth magazine founded by Chen Duxiu. On the front is the cover of the magazine, and on the back is an open book engraved with the quotation "Tell Youth" written by Chen Duxiu in September. 1925: "Autonomy is not slavery, progress is not conservative, enterprising is not retirement, the world is not imprisonment, profit is not imagination, and science is not imagination." The future is Chen Duxiu cemetery. There is a pool of clear water in front of the cemetery, reflecting the tomb of Chen Duxiu, and then there are white marble steps, and a huge circular tomb is displayed in front of us. The tombstone reads "Tomb of Mr. Chen Duxiu". Behind them are green hills, blue sky and white clouds, which are very spectacular. On the right side of the entrance is the Chen Duxiu Memorial Hall, which displays the historical materials of Chen Duxiu's early revolutionary activities and Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai's historical evaluation of Chen Duxiu. Visiting this memorial hall gives you a comprehensive understanding of Chen Duxiu's life.
