1. Before using a new brush, you can gently unscrew the bristles by hand and then soak them in water. Soak the brush in water for a while, then pick it up, twist it a little, soak it again, and repeat the process until the brush opens.
2. After the brush is soaked, wipe the water with a soft cloth, toilet paper or raw rice paper. Pay attention here, follow your hair. Don't rub it hard, and don't press the brush on the table and rub it back and forth to clean the water from the brush. After the brush hair is roughly wiped clean, it begins to dip in ink.
3. When dipping ink for the first time, be sure to dip all the ink, so that the bristles can be connected into a whole, and you can use force at the end of the pen when writing. Wash the ink as clean as possible after use, then gently squeeze out the water, stroke the pen into its original shape and hang it in the shade to dry.
4, it is best to use warm water in winter, but don't burn it, hot water is easy to burn the pen. Of course, if you are not in a hurry, it is best to use water at room temperature. In case you want to use warm water, I personally recommend warm water with a lower temperature below 45℃. Too hot water may not only cause the pen tip to drop, but also cause the elasticity of the brush to decrease. Generally, it can be soaked in water for 10 minute.
