As a calligraphy seal, although the form is eclectic, it still needs to meet certain statutes.
For example, fonts, the same seal should use a unified font (big seal, small seal, official script, regular script, running script, cursive script), and cannot be mixed. Look at your seal, the word "Li" is in the seal script, the word "Yong" is similar to the official script, and the word "Sheng" is not in the seal script.
Another example is composition. Traditionally, seal script printing is best arranged from right to left, and official script and regular script printing are arranged from left to right.
