Articles of Association of Ningxia Calligraphers Association

Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 The Calligraphers Association of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (hereinafter referred to as the Association) is a professional people's organization led by the Communist Party of China (CPC) and composed of calligraphers in the whole region. It is the bridge and link between the party and the government and calligraphers. He is a member of China Calligraphers Association, a writer and artist association under Ningxia Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and an important force for the prosperity of socialist literature and art and the development of advanced culture.

Article 2 The purpose of this Association is: adhere to the guidance of Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, thoroughly implement Scientific Outlook on Development, fully implement the Party's literary and artistic line, have both ability and political integrity, let a hundred flowers blossom, adhere to the direction of "two literature and art" and the principle of "three closeness", unite members and calligraphy lovers, and make positive contributions to the prosperity and development of calligraphy seal cutting in our region and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and Socialism with Chinese characteristics culture.

Article 3 The Association shall abide by the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and various national laws and regulations, and carry out artistic academic and social activities in accordance with its articles of association and professional characteristics.

Chapter II Members

Article 4 Any citizen who is in favor of the articles of association, is enthusiastic about the cause of calligraphy and seal cutting, has a decent style, has works in our region and meets the following conditions may apply, report to the presidium of the association for examination and approval, and become a member of the association after going through the formalities.

1. My calligraphy and seal cutting works participated in the second exhibition and special exhibition sponsored by this association. Participated in temporary book fairs, creative training and co-organizing special exhibitions sponsored by the association for more than two times;

2, published two books or more than one theoretical article in the national influential professional newspapers and periodicals;

3. Engaged in calligraphy education in public educational institutions for more than five years;

4, the main person in charge of the city and county calligraphy association.

5. Those who support minority calligraphy lovers and associations may appropriately relax their conditions.

Article 5 Applicants must be members of local and municipal calligraphy associations. Recommended by local book associations and recommended by two members of this association, fill in the application form for membership. Units directly under the district can fill in the application form and report it to the district book association, and become members of the association after deliberation and approval by the presidium meeting.

Article 6 Members have the right to vote and stand for election, the right to criticize and make suggestions on the work of this Association, and the freedom to withdraw from this Association. Members of this association have the responsibility to abide by the articles of association of this association, implement the resolutions of this association, safeguard the rights and interests of this association, pay the membership fees on time, complete the work entrusted by this association, and have the obligation to contribute to the construction of this association.

Seventh members who have not contacted the Association for a long time, have not participated in the activities of the Association, and have not paid their membership fees; Being punished by law for violating the law and discipline and being deprived of political rights; Anyone who violates the articles of association, damages the work of the association or causes difficulties and losses to the work and reputation of the association under the guise of the name of the association shall be disqualified by the Council or the presidium meeting.

Chapter III Appointment

Article 8 This Association takes it as its own duty to unite calligraphers and calligraphers extensively, to prosper the cause of calligraphy, and to be responsible for liaison, coordination, service and business guidance to its members.

Ninth, according to the requirements of virtue and art, strive to improve the ideological and moral quality, cultural accomplishment and professional level of calligraphers and calligraphers.

Article 10 Inherit and carry forward the fine tradition of calligraphy art in China, adhere to the correct development direction, and advocate the diversification of artistic forms, styles and schools. Vigorously promote calligraphy creation, carry out calligraphy theory studies, organize academic exchanges, and strengthen editing, publishing and network construction. Promote calligraphy education, cultivate calligraphy talents and expand the calligraphy team.

Eleventh pay attention to supporting grassroots calligraphy organizations and mass calligraphy activities, and organize calligraphy lectures, training and observation activities. Actively participate in various social welfare activities, strengthen contact with all walks of life through various means, and promote the popularization and improvement of calligraphy art.

Twelfth according to national policies, actively explore the activities of calligraphy industry, strengthen infrastructure construction, and strive to improve the overall strength and sustainable development ability of the association.

Thirteenth according to the relevant laws and articles of association, protect the legitimate rights and interests of members.

Chapter IV Weaving

Article 14 The organizing principle of this Association is democratic centralism.

The highest authority of the association is the member congress. When the Congress is not in session, the Council is responsible for the work of the Association. When the Council is not in session, the presidium shall implement the resolutions of the Congress and the Council.

Article 15 The board of directors shall have a chairman 1 person, an executive vice-chairman 1 person, several vice-chairmen, several members of the presidium, a secretary-general 1 person and several deputy secretaries-general. The chairman, vice-chairmen and members of the presidium are elected by the Council, and the secretary-general is nominated by the chairman and appointed by the Council. The presidium consists of the chairman, vice-chairmen, members of the presidium and the secretary-general. The executive vice-chairman handles the daily work of the association, and the secretary-general assists the executive vice-chairman.

Article 16 The board of directors consists of a certain number of directors, who are elected by the general meeting of members. In principle, the Council shall be convened once a year and convened by the presidium. The meeting of the presidium shall be convened by the vice-chairman or the secretary-general, and shall be convened in time as needed.

Seventeenth congresses are held every five years, and can be held in advance or postponed because of work needs.

Article 18 The chairman, vice-chairmen, members of the presidium, the secretary-general and members of the board of directors have the responsibility and obligation to make more contributions to the construction, development and social welfare of this Association.

Article 19 The Association shall set up honorary posts such as honorary chairman and consultant according to the needs of work, which shall be recommended or hired by the presidium.

Chapter V Economic Expenses

Article 20 The sources of funds of this Association are:

1, state funding;

2. Membership fee;

3. Social sponsorship and other lawful income;

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 21 The right to amend the articles of association of this Association belongs to the members' congress.

Article 22 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Council.
