Ouyang Zhongshi (1928—202011.5), male, from Feicheng City, Shandong Province, is a famous scholar, educator and calligrapher in China, a librarian of the Central Museum of Literature and History, a member of the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and a consultant of the former China Calligraphers Association.

In 2005, Ouyang Zhongshi wrote the school motto for Shandong University of Political Science and Law. Ouyang Zhongshi devoted himself to active and in-depth thinking and made greater contributions to China's calligraphy education. He not only made up for the long-standing shortage of China's calligraphy education, but also trained a large number of senior professionals for China's calligraphy education, and made important contributions to the all-round development of China's cultural education, writing a glorious page for China's calligraphy history.

In 2006, Ouyang Zhongshi won the second China Lanting Calligraphy Award-Lifelong Achievement Award.
