Is the national first-class calligrapher formal?

The national first-class calligraphers are regular, but they are not issued by our national institutions. Professional calligraphers have won awards in national exhibitions, China Youth Exhibition, Newcomer Exhibition, Lanting Exhibition and various exhibitions sponsored or co-organized by China Calligraphy Association, which proves their own strength, that is to say, professional calligraphers speak with real strength.
