What's the surname of Yong Sijia?
Yong Si's surname is Xie. According to relevant information, Xie's ancestral hall, also known as Yongsitang, is located in Youlu Village, Jinzao Town, Chaoyang District. It was built in the second year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1663) by Xie's ancestors in Chaoshan area to commemorate Xie Ao, a patriotic poet of Southern Song Dynasty. There are three Yongsi halls in Chaoshan area, and this one is the only one that can be well preserved at present. Yongsitang covers an area of 800 square meters, and its memorial tablet "Xie's Ancestral Hall" was inscribed by Xie Jianjian, a Jinshi of Guimao family in Kangxi. The back of the tablet is engraved with four Chinese characters of Shang Yue, which is simple and elegant and has a high purpose of calligraphy. Yongsitang has superb architectural skills, especially wood carving and stone carving. No matter people, flowers, birds and animals, it is lifelike and breathtaking, which has high appreciation value and preservation value.
