at the age of eighteen, Li Qingzhao married Zhao Mingcheng. After marriage, Qingzhao and her husband are in love, and they are inseparable. "The husband is like a good friend." After marriage, Li Qingzhao and Zhao Mingcheng, a former student, studied epigraphy and calligraphy together and lived a happy and beautiful life. Zhao Fu was a famous politician at that time. After marriage, she devoted her whole body and mind to the further study of literature and art and the collection and research of epigraphy. She and Zhao Mingcheng encouraged each other to create Ci, and their techniques became more and more mature. One year on the Double Ninth Festival, Li Qingzhao wrote the famous "Drunken Flower Yin" and sent it to her husband, who is an official outside: "The mist is thick and the clouds will worry forever, and the brain will sell the golden beast. In the double ninth festival, lying in the pillow, in the middle of the night, the cold of the body has just been soaked. Drinking wine in the eastern fence until after dusk, the faint yellow chrysanthemum fragrance overflowing with double sleeves. Mo Tao is not ecstasy, the curtain rolls west wind, and people are thinner than yellow flowers. " The loneliness of autumn boudoir and the melancholy of boudoir are vividly on the paper. According to the "Cape Ring Record", after receiving it, Zhao Mingcheng was amazed and unwilling to give in, so he closed the door and forgot to eat and sleep, and wrote fifty poems for three days and three nights. He mixed this word of Li Qingzhao into it and asked his friend Lu Defu to comment on it. Lu Defu played it again and again and said, "Only three sentences are excellent." Zhao asked which three sentences it was, and Lu replied, "Mo Tao is not fascinating, and the curtain rolls west wind, and people are thinner than yellow flowers."
However, the good times didn't last long, and the struggle between the old and new parties in the DPRK intensified. A pair of mandarin ducks were separated alive, and Zhao and Li faced each other across the river and suffered from lovesickness. When Xin Qiji first came to the south, he didn't understand the cowardice and cringe of the imperial court. In addition, Song Gaozong and Zhao Gou once praised his heroic behavior, and Song Xiaozong, who acceded to the throne soon after, once showed the spirit of wanting to restore lost land and avenge himself. Therefore, in the first period of his tenure in the Southern Song Dynasty, he enthusiastically wrote many suggestions on resisting the Northern Expedition of Jin Dynasty, such as the famous Ten Treatises on Mei Qin and Nine Discussions. Although these proposals were praised by people and widely circulated at that time, the imperial court, which was no longer willing to fight again, was indifferent. It was only interested in Xin Qiji's practical talents in the proposals, so he was sent to Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan and other places as an important local official post, to control famine and rectify public order. This is obviously very different from Xin Qiji's ideal. Although he has done a good job, he feels more and more depressed and painful because he deeply feels that time is fleeting and life is short and his ambition is hard to pay.
However, the reality is harsh to Xin Qiji. Although he has excellent talents, his heroic and stubborn personality and persistent enthusiasm for the Northern Expedition, it is difficult for him to gain a foothold in the shrinking, smooth and jealous officialdom. He also realized that he was "just clumsy and confident, and he was not accepted by everyone for years" ("On the Thief Zazi"), so he was ready to retire, and built a garden pavilion on the lakeside of Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, in order to settle down after leaving his job. Sure enough, in the winter of the eighth year of Chunxi (1181), when Xin Qiji was 42 years old, he was removed from office because of impeachment and returned to Shangrao. In the next 2 years, he spent most of his time in the countryside, except for serving as a prison and an envoy for peace in Fujian every two years. When Liu Yong was in Renzong in the Northern Song Dynasty, there was a famous prostitute, Xie Yuying, who was beautiful in color and loved to sing Liu Yong's ci. Liu Yongcai was so arrogant that he was annoyed with Renzong and could not be reused. He won the imperial examination and was killed in Yuhang County. Passing through Jiangzhou, I went to the prostitute's house as usual, and met Xie Yuying. I saw a book of "Liu Qi Xin Ci" in her study, which she copied in small letters. Therefore, it is compatible with her when she reads it and knows it. When leaving, Liu Yong wrote new words to show that he would never change his mind, while Xie Yuying vowed to close the door and wait for Liu Lang.
Liu Yong worked in Yuhang for three years, and made many famous prostitutes in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, but he did not forget Xie Yuying. Ren Man returned to Beijing and met her in Jiangzhou. I don't want Yuying to meet new guests again and go drinking with others. Liu Yong was very disappointed and wrote a poem on the flower wall, describing the love scene three years ago and expressing the unhappiness of standing up today. Finally, he said, "I heard that Song Yu in Lantai is versatile and gifted. How can I go all day long?"
When Xie Yuying came back to see Liu Yongci, she lamented that he was really an affectionate genius. She was ashamed of not keeping the former alliance, so she sold her furniture and went to Tokyo to find Liu Yong. After many twists and turns, Xie Yuying found Liu Yong in the home of a famous prostitute Chen Shifu in Tokyo. Reunion after a long separation, all kinds of feelings are hard to tell, and the two of them will mend their ways. Xie Yuying stayed in the East Campus of Teacher Chen and lived with Liu Yongru as husband and wife.
Later, Liu Yong made rude remarks and offended the court officials. Renzong just dismissed him as a foreign minister. The Oracle said, "Be a white-clad minister and write lyrics before the wind and under the moon." From then on, he changed his name to Liu Sanbian, and went in and out of famous prostitutes' flower houses. All the food and clothing were supplied by famous prostitutes, and they all begged him to give them a word to raise their social status. He is also happy to roam around the famous prostitute's home to write lyrics, calling himself "Liu Sanbian who wrote lyrics on orders".
Liu Yong indulged in debauchery for many years, suffering from physical and mental injuries, and died at the home of Zhao Xiangxiang, a famous prostitute. He had neither a family nor property, and no one asked him after his death. Xie Yuying and Chen Shishi, a group of famous prostitutes, read his talents and infatuation and collected some money for his burial. Xie Yuying once planned to be husband and wife with him, wearing heavy filial piety for him, and all the prostitutes mourned for him in Dai Xiao. At the time of the funeral, all the prostitutes in Tokyo came, and half of the city was mourning. This is the story of "alloy burying Liu Qi with prostitutes".
Xie Yuying missed Liu Lang so much that she died two months later. Teacher Chen and others missed her and buried her next to Liu Yong's tomb. Yan Shu lived a rich and carefree life, and his works were mostly sung in dance pavilions and singing platforms, before flowers and under the moon, but his writing style was leisurely and graceful, his reasoning was profound, his temperament was harmonious and his words were elegant, which made him a recluse in the ci world at that time and enjoyed a high position in the literary world of the Northern Song Dynasty. He is good at poetry, writing and words.
once, Yan Shu passed by Yangzhou, and when he was tired of walking in the city, he went to daming temple to have a rest. Yan Shu entered the temple and saw many poems written on the wall. He was interested, so he found a chair and sat down. Then, let the entourage read him the poem on the wall, but don't read out the name and identity of the poet. After listening for a while, Yan Shu thought a poem was well written and asked, "Who wrote it?" The attendant replied, "The name of the poet is Wang Qi." Yan Shu sent someone to find this britain-based authority. Britain-based authority was called to visit Yan Shu. Yan Shu talked with him, got along very well, and happily invited him to dinner. After dinner, they went for a walk in the back garden together. It's late spring now, and there are fallen flowers all over the ground. A small wind blew, and the petals fluttered with the wind, which was very beautiful. When Yan Shu saw it, he suddenly touched his heart and couldn't help saying to Wang Qi, "Mr. Wang, every time I think of a good sentence, I write it on the wall and ponder the next sentence. But there is a sentence that I have been thinking about for several years, and I have not figured out a good sentence. "
Wang Qi quickly asked, "Please tell me what sentence it is?"
Yan Shu read a sentence: "There is nothing to do;"
Wang Qi immediately said, "Why don't you say-'I've met Yan before?' "
The next sentence means that the weather is getting warmer and the swallows are flying back from the south. These swallows seem to have met last year.
hearing this, Yan Shu applauded and repeatedly said, "Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!"
Wang Qi's next sentence is really right. Like the previous sentence, it is all about the scenery in spring. It is neat and ingenious to take "Yan returns" to "flowers fall" Using "deja vu" is just right for "helpless". The tones of these two sentences are just flat and relative, and they are very harmonious and pleasant to hear.
Yan Shu likes these two sentences very much. He wrote a poem "Huanxisha", in which he used this
couplet:
a new word and a glass of wine,
the weather was old last year.
when will the sun set?
There is nothing to do.
It's deja vu that Yan returns.
the small garden incense trail lingers alone.
The writer of this poem was drinking in the garden and was very sad when he saw flowers falling all over the floor. Although the emotional appeal of the words is not too high, there are still some artistic merits in writing scenes and scenes. Yan Shu liked the two sentences "I can't help it, but I feel familiar with Yan's return". Later, in a seven-character poem, he used them again. This is still rare in ancient Chinese poetry.
Su Dongpo read some books when he was a teenager, and he was often praised by his teachers because of his intelligence. Quite conceited, I posted a couplet in front of my house: "Know all the words in the world and read all the books in the world." Su Shi, Su Shi, how many words do you know in the world? Do human books have geometry? China has been up and down for thousands of years, how many dynasties and generations, and how many ancient Chinese characters are there? Millions of square kilometers, 56 nationalities, how many languages and languages are there? Do people who "know all the characters in the world" dare to pretend to be "know all the characters in the world"? When his mother, Cheng Shi (an old man), came back, she criticized Su Shi, so Su Shi changed the couplet to "I am determined to read all the books in the world" to encourage myself. When Su Shi was demoted to Huangzhou, there was a famous doggerel in Ode to Pork: "Huangzhou is good for pork, and the price is worthless. The rich refuse to eat, and the poor don't understand cooking. Slow down the fire, less water, and it will be beautiful when the fire is full. Get up and play a bowl every day, so full that you can't care about it. " Here's "slow fire, less water, it is beautiful when the fire is full", which is the famous Dongpo meat cooking method. Su Dongpo was later appointed as the governor of Hangzhou, built the Su Causeway and promoted water conservancy, and was deeply loved by the people. And this "Dongpo Meat" followed suit and became famous in Hangzhou, becoming a famous local dish. Su Shi lives in Changzhou. He spent his last savings and bought a house. He was preparing to move in another day. By chance, he heard an old woman crying very sadly. He asked the old woman why she was crying. The old woman said that she had a house that had been handed down for a hundred years and was sold by unfilial descendants, so she cried bitterly. On closer examination, it turned out that the house that Su Shi bought was what the old woman called an ancestral house. So Su Shi said to her: "The former residence of Yi was sold by me, so there is no need to be deeply saddened. Now it is time to return the house to Yi." Su Shi immediately burned the deed and just rented a house to live in. (See Song Fei Zhou's "Poems on Liangxi Man")
5. Poetry for a banquet
When Su Shi was twenty years old, he went to the capital for scientific research. Six conceited juren looked down on him, and decided to invite Su Shi to dinner for the next kind of food, intending to tease him. Su Shi went with pleasure after receiving the invitation. Before chopsticks were moved, everyone proposed a drinking order, and the contents of the drinking order must quote historical figures and events, so that they could eat a dish by themselves. The other five people cheered. "I'll go first." The older one said, "Jiang Ziya is fishing in Weishui!" Say that finish took a plate of fish. "Qin Shubao Changan sells horses!" The second proudly carried the horse meat away. "Su Ziqing is herding sheep in Beihu Lake!" The third person took the mutton without weakness. "Zhang Yide Zhuoxian sells meat!" The fourth one reached out and grilled the meat. "Guan Yunchang Jingzhou scraping bones!" The fifth one couldn't wait to take the bone. "Zhuge Liang grows vegetables in Longzhong!" The sixth proudly picked up the last green vegetable. All the dishes were finished, and when the six juren were happily preparing to laugh at Su Shi while eating, Su Shi unhurriedly sang, "Qin Shihuang annexed six countries!" " After that, he put all six dishes in front of him and smiled: "Please, brothers!" Six juren stupefied.
