Li Xuemin, a native of Shan County, Shandong Province. Air force lieutenant colonel officer. He studied in the postgraduate classes of Shandong Art Institute and China Calligraphy Institute of China Art Research Institute. Member of China Calligraphers Association, founding member of BeiLanting, Secretary General of China Blue Sky Painting and Calligraphy Institute of Jinan Air Force, and Vice President of Jinan Shiming Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
