In the process of writing, I suddenly found that I like the strokes with the more important word "overexert". For example, the last vertical hook of the first word, the horizontal hook of the plain word, the last hook of the martial word, and the longest and thickest strokes can often successfully attract my attention, which makes me feel that all my energy and thoughts can't help leaning towards the one I want to write most. This will often lead to the disharmony of the whole word structure, and the whole word will lose its sense of rhythm and beauty.
When I copy the diamond sutra and write the word "person", I try to write it well every time. Every time I write, I silently say the feeling of "I must write twists and turns". As a result, the pen was brought to a position of disappointment and self-blame by the wrong inertia-it was broken.
Writing still needs a relaxed feeling. The overall artistic conception is greater than a column, the charm of a column is greater than a word, and the feeling of the whole word is greater than one of them. The above four realms, each step forward is wonderful. Now, as a calligrapher, I still stay in the struggle and entanglement of strokes, which is considered as the primary stage. But I have realized the importance of the whole. Just like life, we should underestimate the gains and losses of each individual event, and finally get an overall rhythm and rhythm to realize the overall growth and harvest of life.
Which of the joys and sorrows of life does not affect everyone's mind? It is necessary to pay attention to the freedom of lifting at every point and the appropriate force and uniform pulling in many directions to form a perfect surprise. For example, you probably like calligraphy, literature and playing the piano. Maybe you still like Buddhism, have a job and have to face many secular things. How do you allocate your energy and time? My idea is not to show the contradiction between these contents, but to think that these contents are not in conflict, they restrict and promote each other, and they are not as contradictory as you feel in your heart. For example, liking poetry helps to write articles. Writing calligraphy is conducive to adjusting mentality and to work and life. Playing the piano will be good for calligraphy, because there are also breathing and rhythm in calligraphy. All these add up, you live nothing more than your own life, everything will eventually return to life, and everything you do is to make your life better. You have put a lot of energy into many things, and you have put your hopes in all aspects, but these should not be the entanglement in your heart and the burden of life.
It is easy to push too hard in one place and forget the real life. A really good attitude should be to regard life as a whole, and to be able to enter and exit individual details and plates. In this way, everything you do is meaningful and will not be limited by one event.
I didn't watch much tucao conference, only the last few episodes. As Lao Luo said to a guest, A's performance today is not the best, and you haven't seen his/her previous performance. He also repeatedly said that the guests have great power. If a poor performance gives a good result, it is not fair enough for other performers, so we should have a big picture. I think Lao Luo should have a deeper understanding of life after the hammer business failed. Whether doing programs or living, on the whole, it is really by going up one flight of stairs, and it is also the direction of our efforts. A person who sees clearly the beginning and end of a thing will not be paranoid about a single event, and it is easy to form rhythm and discipline in doing things, and complete life with a firm and calm mind.
Happiness and sadness don't need to be clearly separated, so there is not much difference between this and that. Buddhism says they are the same and divided, while Laozi says they are the same but have different names. This is the mystery of life. You should not only care about a leaf, but also experience the whole life quietly, deeply integrate into all aspects of it, have subtle persistence and smooth transformation, and seriously experience every wonderful moment, even if you live up to this life.
Look at life in a holistic way, and you will become relaxed. Life is originally free, but we draw too many rules and regulations to make ourselves not free. The only thing we need to pay attention to is life itself.
