Yin Shi is the vice chairman and secretary-general of Jiangsu Artists Association and a first-class artist. He has been passionate about calligraphy, painting and classical literature since childhood. In the late 1960s, he studied art in Yangzhou, focusing on Chinese painting and calligraphy and seal cutting. He studied under the famous painter Mr. Wang Banzai. He is good at freehand paintings of flowers and birds, as well as landscapes. It specializes in themes such as ink bamboo, wisteria, and eagles, and is especially famous for its "Jiangnan Yizhu". He has deep traditional skills and a strong sense of innovation. His works have participated in various international and domestic exhibitions many times.
